Our Recruitment Process
Our workflow begins with client engagement and job order setup. As your licensed Philippine recruitment partner, we guide you through required documentation for accreditation with the DMW/POEA, including Special Power of Attorney, manpower request letters, and business registration documents.
Next, our recruitment planning and sourcing phase kicks in. Each client is assigned an Account Manager who designs sourcing strategies, timelines, and tactics tailored to your roles. Candidates are sourced from our extensive talent bank, online job platforms, social media, referrals, and trusted allied agencies.
During screening and employer selection, we pre-screen applicants, conduct interviews or trade tests, and prepare a shortlist for your review. You then interview and select the best-fit candidates while we coordinate schedules and logistics. Typical recruitment fulfillment takes around 21 working days once processes are in place.
Vetting, Processing, and Deployment
Once candidates are selected, EDI ensures thorough vetting of qualifications, references, and background checks. Our Processing and Documentation Group handles passports, contracts, and compliance requirements. We also coordinate contract verification and issuance of Overseas Employment Certificates when needed.
For deployment, we manage visa applications, travel arrangements, and pre-departure briefings, ensuring workers are fully prepared for their assignments. Our team even visits client sites abroad to confirm employment and safeguard worker welfare.
