Our consultants will screen your qualifications and arrange either an in-office or virtual interview. Shortlisted candidates are forwarded to clients for review, followed by interviews and hiring decisions. Walk-in applications are also welcome at the Makati office.
Typical core documents include a detailed CV, employment certificates, training certificates, a valid passport, NBI clearance, and recent ID photos, plus any role-specific licenses or certificates required by the client.
Our consultants will notify you if you are shortlisted via SMS or email. Follow-up calls may be made two weeks after your interview (online or in person) to allow time for evaluation. All assessments are merit-based and objective.
Every client has its own standards and timetable for selecting candidates. Some may extend an offer on the same day of the interview, while others may take two to four weeks to decide. Congratulations! After you accept the offer, your recruiter will endorse you to our Processing and Documentation Group (PDG). The PDG team will guide you step by step in completing your travel requirements. This includes:
- Medical exam and psychological test
- Submission of required documents
- Travel advisory and tips
- Pre‑Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS)
The PDG will brief and assist you, so you are fully prepared before leaving for work abroad.
Processing time depends on the employer’s requirements, visa and work permit procedures, and government clearances, but EDI’s Processing and Documentation Group tracks your progress from selection to departure and coordinates all steps.
PDG orients you, guides you on completing all travel and employment documents, and monitors your status using a specialized tracking system until your departure date.
